Join Our Team as a Product Owner Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Product Owner Assistant to join our team at Société Générale Assurances. As a Product Owner Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our products and services.

About the Role

The Product Owner Assistant will work closely with our cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring that our products meet the needs of our customers. You will be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, creating user stories, and working with our development teams to deliver high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product backlogs
  • Gather and document requirements, creating user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Work with development teams to deliver high-quality products
  • Ensure that products meet the needs of our customers
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps and backlogs
  • Communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent command of English and French in oral and in writing
  • Proactive, motivated and good team spirit
  • Trustworthy, rigorous, curious, innovative
  • Strong interest for digital environment and tools and Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Analytical skills & ability to synthetize
  • Data oriented & Client centric
  • Capacity to work within short-deadlines
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft tools (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint, Teams), and ideally knowledge of PowerBI and prototype tools (Figma, Adobe InDesign or other)
