Perischool Animator - Lead/Substitute/Support (M/F)

Within the framework of the Education, Childhood, and Youth Department, specifically the School Life and Childhood Youth services, and reporting to the Coordinator for Perischool Activities, you will actively participate in executing the educational initiative within the City's Collective Children's Facilities during perischool and extracurricular hours.

Main Tasks

• Lead on Perischool Activities (100%):
• Coordination of perischool teams in collaboration with the Coordinator for Perischool Activities
• Implementation of the educational initiative
• Substitute on Perischool Activities (95%):
• Assist teams in their responsibilities
• Promote a dynamic approach to the educational initiative
• Support on Perischool Activities (85%):
• Assist teams in managing and executing their projects

Common Tasks

• Ensure the physical and emotional well-being of the children
• Conduct activities during perischool hours in kindergartens and elementary schools during lunch and evening times, as well as leisure activities on Wednesdays and school holidays.
• Supervise children during meal times and contribute to positive educational practices
• Foster communication with educational stakeholders (teachers, ATSEM, parents...)

Desired Profile

Requirements

• Holder of BAFA or CAP AEPE (or equivalent qualifications)
• BAFD or BPJEPS LTP preferred, with aspirations of taking on leadership roles
• Excellent team player with foundational management skills
• Ability to inspire and energize a team
• Strong communication skills with a young audience
• Possess good interpersonal skills
• Autonomy and strong adaptability
