Cority, the global enterprise EHS and sustainability software provider, is seeking a highly skilled Energy Sustainability Consultant to join its team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for empowering businesses to transform the way they work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of 10 to 15 customers and assignments, contributing to the development of our services through consulting actions and relationships.
- Supervise and train junior consultants on sustainability-related assignments, ensuring they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our Reporting 21 software, working collaboratively with the team to ideate new functionalities and gather customer needs.
Requirements:
- Graduate of a business or engineering school, or a major university, with a preferred background in sustainability, CSR, or sustainable development.
- Experience in managing junior consultants and carrying out assignments, with a proven track record of success.
- Data-driven (KPIs) and results-oriented, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Fluency in written and spoken English, with proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
