Your Role: Digital Workplace Systems Administrator

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Digital Workplace Systems Administrator to join our Support and Digital Workplace team. In this role, you will be responsible for the management and maintenance of our digital workplace infrastructure, ensuring a secure and efficient environment for our employees.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Office tenant and its ecosystem, providing Level 1 support to users.
  • Administer, secure, and manage tools related to workstations (PCs, tablets, smartphones). Serve as the technical expert for workstation-related issues.
  • Create, maintain, and evolve workstation masters, GPOs, base software applications, and packages.
  • Implement CISO recommendations, analyze security incidents, and ensure business continuity by leveraging antivirus solutions, Windows updates, anti-phishing tools, and other relevant technologies.
  • Provide resources for deploying new hardware. Manage the lifecycle of devices and operating systems, as well as administration tools.
  • Monitor IT technology and workstation management processes.
  • Develop technical documentation to support users and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with user support services (Help Desk and On-Site Support) in France.
  • Participate in Digital Workplace team projects to enhance our digital infrastructure.
Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft environment administration, including user management, license assignment, Level 1 support, Azure AD, AD Connect (cloud synchronization), and ADFS.
  • Experience with on-premise AD administration, such as GPOs, access rights management, account management, DNS, DHCP, etc.
  • Knowledge of antivirus administration (Defender and Kaspersky), anti-phishing (Trend), PMAD (Teamviewer), inventory management/assets, and ticketing systems (GLPI).
  • Mastery of tools administration, including MDT, InTune, etc.
  • Experience managing Windows update environments using WSUS.
  • Familiarity with managing Windows, macOS, Android, iOS environments and PowerShell scripting.
  • Level 1 support experience.
  • MDM administration experience with Airwatch.
