About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Media Performance Consultant to join our team at Strivv. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to our clients, achieving marketing objectives, and developing the skills of their teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our clients' business goals.

  • Design and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including paid media, search engine optimization, and customer relationship management.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for improving the return on investment (ROI) of marketing initiatives.

  • Optimize organizational processes to enhance the performance of our clients.

  • Develop and expand our services to existing and new clients.

  • Share knowledge and best practices with clients and internal teams.

  • Participate in pitches and RFPs.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in consulting, advisory, agency, or advertising.

  • Significant experience in implementing multi-channel acquisition strategies (SEA, SEO, SMA, etc.).

  • Experience in addressing topics such as omnichannel acquisition, MMM, contribution/attribution, etc.

  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to adapt to different environments.

  • Proven leadership skills, with a track record of success in previous roles.

  • Experience working with large corporate clients on a long-term basis (ideally in luxury and/or retail).

  • Fluency in English is essential.

Recruitment Process

  • Step 1 - Telephone exchange - Presentation of your profile (approximately 30 minutes).

  • Step 2 - In-depth exchange with case study + presentation of case study (approximately 1 hour 30 minutes - video or in-person).

  • Step 3 - Final exchange (approximately 1 hour).
