Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Daher. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for managing the flow of goods, from receipt and storage to routing and shipping.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming goods and products to ensure compliance with physical, administrative, and IS requirements.
• Pick and package products according to order preparation instructions.
• Monitor and maintain the operating and safety status of production facilities and equipment.
• Load and move packages to shipping, storage, or production areas.
• Complete order follow-up forms and report damaged products or defective equipment.
• Ensure working areas are clean and tidy, and maintain equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
• Report any faults or issues to your line manager.
• Operate machinery or vehicles requiring a permit, such as forklift trucks or trailer tugs.
• Distribute components internally to relevant departments.
• Pack goods and products according to their characteristics, orders, and mode of transportation.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct rolling inventories.
• Prepare and track shipments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Basic knowledge of logistics and supply chain principles.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, and work in a warehouse environment.
