Job Summary
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring Quality systems, procedures, and standards for on-going product and initiative delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Quality Assurance/Quality Control personnel and product release
- Develop and implement Quality systems, procedures, and standards
- Conduct testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products
- Ensure compliance with internal specifications and test methods
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality and innovation

Requirements
- Science-related bachelor's degree, preferably in Microbiology or Biological Sciences
- Ability to work flexible shifts as required by business needs
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills
- Understanding of arithmetic calculations and data analysis
