We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Global Expense Team as a Technology Business Management Analyst - Alternance. This is an exciting opportunity to gain invaluable experience in the global investment industry and contribute to the success of one of the largest asset managers in Europe.
Key Responsibilities- Financial tool administration (in Apptio)
- Update allocation key of recharging model
- Enhancement and optimization of the recharging model
- Provide analysis and reporting on IT costs recharging to Business Unit
- Resource Management (in ServiceNow):
- Follow up and reporting on internal and tracking of open position and replacements
- Manage resource activity tracking, both actual and planned activities so they can be valued.
- Undergraduate students (preferred degrees include Finance and/or IT)
- Good ability to use MS Office tools, particularly Advanced MS Excel skills
- Ability to manipulate important and complex dataset and present results in a clear manner
- Good understanding of data-bases
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proactive mindset, ability to use good initiative – able to work autonomously
- Ability to prioritize tasks & work to deadlines
- Good communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills – must be prepared to communicate with staff at all levels in all locations
- Displays maturity and professionalism
- Interest in being part of a Finance organization with focus on IT related scope in a multi-cultural work environment
