Enterprise Risk Manager

At SGS Société Générale de Surveillance SA, we are seeking an experienced Enterprise Risk Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Risk and Compliance organization, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining our overall risk management and risk governance framework.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement risk management strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and expectations.
- Aggregate and report on key risk management and oversight activities to Senior Management and Risk Committees.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate risks.
- Develop and maintain risk taxonomies, risk identification processes, and emerging risk scanners.
- Provide independent challenges and opinions on risk management deliverables.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory developments and participate in remediation projects.
- At least 5-8 years of experience in risk management, capital management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk management frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Relevant work experience in risk management and capital management.
