As a Lead Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining the vision, roadmap, and customer experience on the e-commerce platform. Your key responsibilities include:
- Defining the platform's vision in alignment with the company's vision and in collaboration with Product Managers.
- Declining the platform's strategy through OKR tactical objectives and product roadmap.
- Contributing to the development of the company's strategic priorities and providing product vision.
- Ensuring a global vision of platform initiatives, prioritizing them appropriately, and ensuring the relevance of proposed solutions.
- Monitoring and analyzing platform KPIs and user satisfaction.
- Recruiting, managing, and developing Product Managers within the team.
- Defining, aligning, and sharing product methods, deliverables, and practices.
- Developing relationships of trust with stakeholders in countries and internal services.
- Promoting a product culture within the company.
- Staying informed about product management trends and best practices.
We are looking for a seasoned leader with at least 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in e-commerce. You should be passionate about product management and have significant professional references. You should be familiar with Jira and Miro tools. You should have experience analyzing customer journeys using data solutions like Google Analytics, Piano, Contentsquare, etc. You should be able to define a product vision and strategy and break it down into a comprehensible and communicable roadmap.
You should have a strong understanding of UX and UI principles, with a keen interest in new technologies and e-commerce trends. You should have experience with Agile methodologies and be able to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams. You should be proactive, able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and have strong communication and presentation skills.
