M3 Operations Functional Leader Job Description

Job Summary:

The M3 Operations Functional Leader will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining M3 ERP (INFOR) on international sites for the Transit segment at Wabtec Corporation. This role requires extensive ERP experience and sound judgment to plan and accomplish goals, as well as solid engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement M3 ERP solutions for international sites
  • Develop and maintain business processes for Supply Chain, Logistics, Production, Order Management, Purchasing, Quality, and Customer Services departments
  • Gather user requirements and translate them into IT solutions
  • Implement IT solutions in M3 and related IT systems
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals

Requirements:

  • Master's degree or Bachelor with solid experience
  • 3+ years of experience as Functional Leader, Consultant, or M3 Key User
  • Experience in M3 operations area, such as Customer Service, Quality, Order Management
  • Experience in interface implementation, API, and SQL
  • Willingness to expand skills into other ERP technologies
  • English fluent (spoken and reading/writing)
  • Able and willing to travel up to 25%

Location:

Any Wabtec site in Europe (Paris area, Tours, Amiens, or Lille in France, Leipzig in Germany, Pilsen in Czech Republic, Piossasco in Italy, etc.)
