About the Role
Inetum is seeking a highly skilled Technical Expert to join our team in Nantes, France. As a Technical Expert, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the company's IT systems and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement technical architectures for the company's IT systems and infrastructure
- Conduct studies to define IT systems based on business needs and provide associated deliverables
- Assist and advise teams on the implementation of technical solutions
- Provide level 3 support for IT systems and infrastructure
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues and propose solutions
- Inform teams of technical system updates and provide training on new systems
- Propose and implement solutions to improve system performance
- Stay up-to-date with technological advancements
- Write technical procedures and guidelines
About You
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in IT and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. You should have a deep understanding of IT systems and infrastructure, including Windows, Linux, and Unix environments, as well as experience with virtualization solutions and DevOps tools such as Ansible, GitLab, Jenkins, and Kubernetes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of IT systems and infrastructure
- Experience with virtualization solutions and DevOps tools
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
