Job Title: Business Lawyer - EMEA Region

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Lawyer to join our team in the EMEA region. As a Business Lawyer, you will provide legal support to our business teams and associated operational functions, ensuring that our commercial activities are conducted in a compliant and risk-managed manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice and support to our business teams on commercial agreements, contracts, and other business-related matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including supply agreements, distribution agreements, and other business contracts.
  • Manage contractual disputes and litigation, working closely with our in-house and external counsel to resolve disputes and protect our interests.
  • Support our Senior Business Lawyer in developing policies, processes, and best practices to ensure a One Legal approach on sales activities within the group.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Business Law, Economic Law, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international and/or manufacturing group.
  • Full working proficiency in English and French.
