Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Telecaller to join our vibrant team at INTERACTION CAEN. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in handling customer relations remotely, upholding the company's reputation through attentive service. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, the ability to efficiently and professionally handle customer requests, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming calls and provide high-quality assistance to customers
- Quickly identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their expectations
- Record customer interaction details in our system to ensure seamless communication
- Contribute to service enhancement through feedback and suggestions to continuously improve our customer service standards
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess perfect French language skills in speech, comprehension, spelling, and grammar.
