Position Overview:
- Conduct regular maintenance and mechanical repairs on passenger vehicles
- Identify and resolve mechanical problems
- Offer guidance and support to clients
- Adhere to safety protocols and operational procedures
- Uphold service quality and ensure customer satisfaction
- Document work performed electronically and recognize potential additional services
- Keep tools and work areas organized and in good condition
Qualifications:
Must hold a certification in vehicle maintenance with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Candidates should be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work collaboratively. A valid driver's license is essential.
