Job Title: Assembly and Testing Technician H/F

Join our team and explore a range of professional opportunities across various sectors including production, engineering, and customer support.
Become an integral part of the group responsible for the design, manufacturing, and testing of missile systems and related equipment throughout their development phases.
As a member of the Production of Firing Installations and Launchers unit (PITL), your role will involve assembling and testing installations to guarantee the product operates according to specified requirements.
With your expertise, you will:

  • Execute assembly and testing tasks following established procedures, tools, plans, and specifications
  • Manage more intricate assembly and testing responsibilities
  • Identify and communicate any anomalies or issues to your supervisor
  • Collaborate with methods teams prior to operations
  • Ensure traceability of processes to monitor components
  • Conduct compliance checks throughout the assembly process
  • Propose and engage in resolving technical challenges
  • Recommend continuous improvement initiatives related to your work environment
  • Maintain a tidy and organized workspace
Our compensation package includes a base salary along with individual bonuses (variable for executives, seniority bonus, annual bonus) or collective bonuses based on company performance (profit-sharing, bonuses).

We are looking for candidates with a CAP, BEP, or Bac pro in electromechanical, mechanical, or a related field, who possess experience in assembly, preferably within the aerospace or defense sectors. You should be self-sufficient, adaptable, organized, and detail-oriented in your work.
