- Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts, monitoring performance and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Internal Controls and Compliance: Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Financial Analysis and Strategy: Conduct financial analysis to support business decision-making, providing strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Report Preparation: Prepare accurate and timely financial and operational reports, compiling data from various sources to create comprehensive reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance department or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting software (SAP is an advantage).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong team management abilities and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English language (written and spoken).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI).
