We are in search of a driven professional to manage IT initiatives for our diverse clientele.
Your role will encompass directing project implementation from inception to completion, ensuring that quality, performance, budget, and security standards are upheld.
Your responsibilities include:
- Tracking project advancement to meet goals related to functionality, service quality, timelines, costs, and risks.
- Overseeing the technical dimensions of projects while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Leading project teams under your guidance.
- Assisting in the creation of commercial proposals and responses to tenders alongside our sales team.
Beyond project management, you will participate in various agency communities such as the Technical Community, Agile/UX Community, and Agency Life Community. Opportunities to engage in meetups and share insights with colleagues through article contributions will also be available.
Your qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management (preferably within the digital/IT/ESN sector).
- Essential skills include a solid understanding of technical and business requirements, the ability to define technical and functional specifications, managing technical teams, familiarity with agile methodologies, and ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
- Previous experience with projects involving Java, DevOps, and Scrum methodologies is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, natural leadership qualities, capability to guide and develop teams, prioritize tasks effectively, focus on client satisfaction, and deliver outstanding service.
