Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Operating Room Nurse to join our team at Hôpital de Poissy-Saint-Germain-en-Laye. As an Operating Room Nurse, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety during surgical procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' health status and analyze care situations to develop personalized care plans.
- Design, define, and plan care projects to promote, maintain, and restore patients' health.
- Provide preventive, curative, or palliative care to patients, promoting health and well-being.
- Deliver therapeutic education and patient support.
Requirements:
- Hold a diploma in nursing.
- Establish functional relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Work under the authority of a service manager.
- Collaborate with prescribing physicians, nursing assistants, physical therapists, hotel agents, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
Working Hours:
- Day shifts: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Night shifts: 7:15 PM - 7:15 AM
Working Conditions:
The Operating Room Nurse will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong communication and teamwork skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a dynamic setting, prioritizing patient care and safety.
