Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Engineer to join our team at OILTEK. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries and following up with customers on sales activities, as well as executing tender documents with meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses
  • Follow up with customers on sales activities and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Execute tender documents with precision and accuracy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals

Requirements:

  • Degree in any engineering discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales/marketing
  • Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in English, Chinese, and Bahasa Malaysia
