As a Telephone Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth communication and a positive experience for our clients. Under the guidance of the Production Director, you will receive comprehensive training on our tools and quality processes.

• Manage multiple phone lines efficiently
• Accurately collect caller information
• Take messages and provide instructions according to client specifications
