Logistics Manager

At Ledger, we are seeking an experienced Logistics and Manufacturing Manager to oversee our global operations in Vierzon. This role will drive continuous improvement through total quality management principles and ensure all manufacturing and logistics processes meet international quality standards and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage global logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and inventory management
- Negotiate contracts with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and logistic service providers to secure the best rates and services
- Implement and oversee a Total Quality Management system throughout the Ledger industrial site in Vierzon
- Lead the process for obtaining and maintaining ISO 9001 certification, including preparation, documentation, and audit management
- Ensure all manufacturing and logistics processes meet international quality standards and compliance requirements
- Lead and develop a team of logistics and manufacturing professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- English proficiency, ability to work in an international environment
- Minimum of 8 years experience in a logistics or supply chain management role in a global company
- Proven experience with Total Quality Management and ISO 9001 certification process
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex global supply chain
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, proficient in English
- Ability to travel as required (5 to 10% of your time)
