Join our team as a Part-time Care Assistant in CDI

Are you looking for a meaningful profession close to home? If so, come and join us at l'ADMR. We are currently seeking a part-time Care Assistant in CDI.

CARE ASSISTANT | CDI | PART-TIME | 28 Weekly Hours | WORMHOUT-CASSEL AREA

MISSIONS
  • Provide hygiene and comfort care as well as necessary preventive care
  • Assist in identifying the person's needs, monitoring their progress, and informing the care services coordinator
  • Participate in preventing dependency and stimulate the individual
  • Maintain the immediate environment of the person, make the bed, and maintain care equipment
  • Work within a multidisciplinary team and communicate observations to ensure continuity of care
  • Inform and support individuals
PROFILE
  • Holder of the State Diploma of Care Assistant (DEAS) or equivalent recognized by the collective agreement
  • Individuals with experience or beginners depending on assigned tasks
  • Autonomy, rigor, organizational skills, relational qualities, discretion, adaptability, observation skills, analytical thinking, team spirit
  • Driver's license required
  • Car required
