Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Assistant to join our team at Emisys. As a Project Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our client's activities on offshore projects, working closely with the project team to ensure smooth project execution.

Your Mission (If You Accept It):

1. Coordinate and arrange travel for project personnel and external staff working on Cassis and construction site projects.
2. Manage visa applications and other travel documents for project personnel and track their validity.
3. Prepare travel orders for project personnel.
4. Monitor and validate invoices related to project logistics and personnel travel.
5. Organize project meetings and draft meeting minutes.
6. Contribute to the administrative management of project resources, including personnel files, mission orders, medical visits, and time tracking.
7. Edit, distribute, and classify all documents in accordance with the established doc control procedure.
8. Ensure the traceability of project documentation and ensure compliance with document transmission schedules.
9. Implement the document exchange tool - SharePoint.

You?

We are looking for a candidate with a technical background (BAC+ level) and experience in a similar role. You should be passionate about teamwork, have excellent communication skills, and be able to establish strong relationships with clients and colleagues. If you are a detail-oriented and organized individual who is fluent in English, we want to hear from you
