Euronext's Cash Equities Trading team is responsible for managing the Euronext secondary market offering for securities. This includes overseeing market making activity, refining pricing models, conducting tailored market structure research, and interacting with trading members.

As a leading financial marketplace, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product and Development Manager to join our multicultural team based in Paris. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across Euronext locations in Milan, London, Oslo, and Amsterdam.

The Equities team is dedicated to the following key objectives:

  • Maximize yield, market share, and revenue for Euronext's Cash Equity trading business.
  • Manage trading fees and market making programs effectively.
  • Conduct in-depth order book analysis and research on equity market quality.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key trading participants, including global banks, retail brokers, market makers, and proprietary trading firms.
  • Drive business development projects to expand the range of equity product offerings.
Your Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the Head of Equity Trading, you will play a pivotal role in leading this dynamic franchise. Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Providing strategic leadership and direction for the Cash Equities Trading team.
  • Taking ownership of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenues, yield, and market share.
  • Managing existing product lines and services while driving the development of new offerings in alignment with the overall business roadmap.
  • Building and nurturing a strong network of relationships within the trading ecosystem, including banks, brokers, market makers, and retail networks.
  • Ensuring that our offerings remain compliant with regulatory obligations and anticipating changes in the regulatory landscape.
  • Championing innovation within the franchise by exploring new product concepts, services, pricing models, and sales engagement strategies.
  • Acting as a bridge between various stakeholders, including project teams, finance, regulation, surveillance, and legal departments.
  • Conducting thorough competitor analysis, evaluating their functionality, pricing, and market positioning to identify opportunities for differentiation.
