About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Accounting Controller to join our team at the AXA Group. As a key member of our Group Financial Controlling department, you will play a critical role in analyzing and commenting on financial information for our top management and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Country Account Manager in maintaining relationships with entities in their scope, focusing on investment accounting and reporting.
  • Deliver statutory, regulatory, and IFRS9 financial statements, as well as related reporting.
  • Interact with the FSSC, local and global PBR, and local teams to ensure consistency in financial reporting.
  • Monitor end-to-end closing processes, including control frameworks for sign-off of local and IFRS9 financial statements.
  • Validate the quality and reliability of information disclosed, meeting defined deadlines.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting and financial mechanisms, with knowledge of IFRS rules and insurance principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent communication and inter-cultural skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in office software, including SAP and Magnitude.
  • Fluency in English, with a second language (French, Spanish, Italian, or German) an asset.
