About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Officer to join our team at ProductLife Group. As a Data Officer, you will play a critical role in supporting our pharmacovigilance activities by performing a range of tasks related to data entry, case management, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and manage data in relevant databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and submit cases to regulatory authorities, including drafting initial emails and requests for clarification.
- Conduct queries in databases to support report drafting and quality control.
- Monitor and download ICSRs from national databases, including Eudravigilance and MHRA portal.
- Support the registration and initial triage of cases in the database.
- Perform quality control checks on vigilance cases.
- Record and update information on XEVMPD.
- Draft and update technical agreements, safety management plans, and client templates.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, WPDs, and other documents related to the role.
- Participate in the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a science-related field.
- Fresher or 1 year of experience in pharmacovigilance.
Desirable Skills
- Database experience.
- Process-oriented approach.
- Ability to work with documentation.
- Good computer skills.
- Teamwork and communication skills.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Organizational skills.
