About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at ekino. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate project activities, including planning, execution, monitoring, and control.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver projects successfully.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and other project managers, to ensure that project objectives are met.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the project deliverables.
- Ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with ekino's quality standards and that all necessary documentation is completed.
- Contribute to the development of ekino's project management methodologies and best practices.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the IT industry.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
