About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HSE Engineer to join our team at the Procter & Gamble factory in Blois. As an HSE Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our employees, contractors, and the surrounding community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement safety training programs.
  • Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain HSE metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, environmental science, safety).
  • 2+ years of experience in HSE or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
