Position Overview

Role: Volunteer for Parental Support Services

The organization TRILOGIS is actively seeking a volunteer to contribute to our initiatives aimed at providing support for parents of individuals with disabilities. This position will involve collaboration with the organization and its various projects under the supervision of the board of directors.

Your Civic Service Responsibilities

• Goals: Our initiative is designed to foster national unity and social diversity by offering individuals the chance to embody our values centered around disability support. Your involvement will encompass a range of activities that contribute to a shared mission.
• Responsibilities:
• Administrative Tasks: - Assist in welcoming participants and the public, maintain internal documentation, and facilitate event registrations through various communication methods.
• Communication Efforts: - Support the updating of the website and the management of social media platforms, as well as the distribution of promotional materials to enhance the visibility of the organization.
• Event Participation: - Engage in on-site activities related to events such as workshops for children and community gatherings.

Work Environment

• Required Training: Skills in administrative procedures, writing, proactivity, organization, curiosity, priority management, and interpersonal communication.
• Guidance and Support: You will receive mentorship from four board members, each overseeing a distinct aspect of the mission.
