Devoteam is seeking to recruit a Senior Analyst in Mergers & Acquisitions. This role presents an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team with ambitious goals in the rapidly growing sectors of Cloud, Data & AI, and Cybersecurity across Europe.

- Responsibilities and leadership in managing the complete M&A process for selected strategic targets, including identification, sourcing, and execution of M&A transactions.
Your contributions will include:
- Leading the full M&A process for selected strategic targets: identifying, sourcing, and executing M&A transactions; sourcing and identifying potential opportunities aligned with our new four-year strategic plan; gathering, analyzing, and presenting information on potential acquisition targets; participating in all aspects of the transaction cycle, including financial modeling, project structuring, letters of intent, due diligence, contract negotiations, and transaction management; preparing financial models, target valuations, and conducting appropriate sensitivity and scenario analyses to support investment decisions.
- Cultivating balanced relationships with business stakeholders and all parties involved in negotiations.
Required Qualifications
- A strong academic foundation with a Master's degree in a quantitative field (Business, Finance, Econometrics, Engineering, etc.).
- The ideal candidate will possess an international background, with 2 to 3 years of experience in corporate M&A, investment banking, or transaction services.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools, with the ability to construct compelling narratives.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the capability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Strong analytical abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- A hands-on, agile, and adaptable approach.
- A general knowledge and curiosity about our industry is advantageous.
