Position Overview:As part of our expanding operations, we are seeking an experienced PMO Planning & Risk Specialist who will contribute their expertise to our teams on a large-scale project.
Your Future Responsibilities:- Monitor and facilitate risk management across all projects within the program.
- Oversee scheduling in Orchestra alongside project managers, ensuring discipline, reliability, and clarity in schedule tracking.
- Lead project committee meetings.
- Assist in preparing program steering committee meetings.
- Manage visual management tools.
- Track specific deliverables within the program.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven experience in managing large-scale program PMOs.
- Strong knowledge in scheduling (planning, Gantt charts, resource allocation).
- Excellent risk management skills.
- High-quality reporting capabilities, both visually and in written form.
- Ability to facilitate meetings effectively.
- Autonomy, reliability, and meticulousness.
- Strong organizational, anticipatory, and pedagogical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility to handle unforeseen challenges and urgent matters.
- A curious mindset.
- Experience in complex organizational structures.
- Familiarity with Orchestra (Planisware) is a plus.
