Job Title: Line Operator - Machine Settings Specialist
Company Overview:
CRIT, a leading player in human resources and recruitment, operates nearly 450 general and specialized employment agencies in France. For 60 years, we have been meeting the needs of public and private companies in all sectors, supporting over a thousand employees of all levels each year.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform machine settings and identify malfunctions to ensure optimal production.
- Verify the conformity of forming, filling, sealing, cleanliness of trays, and correct printing of mandatory legal information to maintain product quality.
- Conduct temperature, weight, absence of metals checks, etc. to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Alert in case of non-compliance, malfunctions, or any issues related to operations to ensure prompt resolution.
- Participate in first-level maintenance to prevent equipment downtime.
- Adhere to the company's quality policy and hygiene, quality, safety, and environmental rules to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
If you are methodical, organized, rigorous, and dynamic, this role might be for you. The position is available in 2*8 shifts with the possibility of 3*8.
