Job Title: Senior Legal Counsel

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Counsel to join our team in France. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a crucial role in providing expert legal advice and support to our business units.

About the Role:
  • Provide legal advice and guidance on commercial law, contract law, and franchise law
  • Assist in the negotiation and drafting of legal documents and contracts
  • Manage and monitor pre-litigation and litigation disputes
  • Collaborate with operational and support services on legal and operational issues
  • Participate in projects and working groups across the organization
Requirements:
  • Law degree from a French university
  • Master's degree in international business law is a plus
  • First experience in similar legal positions in multinational companies and/or external law firms
  • Experience in the hospitality industry and/or franchise network is a plus
  • Strong understanding of commercial law, hotel management contracts, and franchise laws
  • Business acumen, business-oriented practice, and developed negotiation skills
  • Fluency in English (C1 level)
