About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager of Corporate Controlling to join our Finance Department at CMA CGM. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for setting up and leading the Group's SG&A Financial Planning & Analysis function.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Establish a Comprehensive Financial Planning and Analysis Framework
    Develop and implement a robust financial planning and analysis framework to monitor and optimize SG&A costs across the Group.
  2. Deploy a Control Tower for SG&A Optimization
    Lead the deployment of a control tower to optimize SG&A costs, leveraging continuous improvement and lean methodologies to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  3. Simplify and Automate Financial Processes
    Work on simplifying and automating financial processes, developing and deploying a cost center system to support the control tower, and collaborating with Finance Transformation and HR departments to develop a common cost control tool for the organization.
Requirements
  • Proven experience of around 15 years in Controlling in structured environments
  • Experience of Project Management Office (PMO)
  • Experience of cost optimization & continuous improvement programs (e.g. Lean, Six-Sigma, agile methodology)
  • Good level of written and spoken English required
  • Good command of IT tools: Excel, PPT, QlikView, Qliksense
  • Autonomous, initiative and analytical skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to involve stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organisational skills, rigour, ability to manage priorities
