We are seeking a Used Car Sales Consultant (M/F) for one of their dealerships.

In this role, you will report directly to the used vehicle sales manager and your primary responsibility will be to drive the sales of pre-owned vehicles, financing options, and related products to individual clients within the showroom.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming customers, actively listening, and assessing their needs to provide a customized sales proposal;
• Managing customer follow-ups, client portfolio, and leads;
• Animating the showroom environment;
• Ensuring a high-quality customer experience to foster loyalty;
• Boosting sales for the pre-owned vehicle inventory, financing, and additional products;
• Meeting sales targets in terms of volume.

The compensation package includes a fixed salary aligned with the automotive collective agreement, along with an uncapped variable component based on both qualitative and quantitative performance metrics as outlined in the company's compensation structure.
