Your Role: CNC Machinist
- Execute precise mounting and boring operations on chucks.
- Assemble tools according to provided tool sheets.
- Load existing programs into the CNC machine.
- Conduct initial piece control at startup to ensure accurate settings.
- Maintain meticulous documentation for quality, control, and production records.
- Produce small series of parts with self-inspection.
- Modify existing programs and optimize cutting conditions for enhanced efficiency.
- Develop programs for simple parts or based on similar designs.
- Demonstrate autonomy in program creation directly on the machine panel.
- Independently set up new production runs on the lathe.
Your Expertise:
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
- Experience using metrology equipment for precise measurements.
- Solid understanding of tool technology, including cutting conditions, tool geometry, and technical terminology.
- Basic knowledge of trigonometry principles.
- Expertise in operating MAZAK machines with Mazatrol conversational programming (Fusion -Matrix – Smooth).
