Job Overview:
As the Supply Chain Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the supply chain processes within the organization. Your role will involve:
- Establishing, organizing, and managing the supply chain operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Leading and supervising the supply chain team to achieve departmental goals.
- Ensuring client satisfaction by aligning their requirements with the operational capabilities of the organization.
- Facilitating communication between customer expectations and operational limitations.
- Managing various departments, including Client Relations, Procurement, Inventory Management, and Planning.
- Enhancing interdepartmental communication to foster collaboration.
- Overseeing and refining ERP processes to improve operational performance.
- Guaranteeing the availability of necessary data for the launch of new products.
- Maintaining stock accuracy and overseeing financial aspects of inventory management.
- Streamlining supply chain processes to elevate customer satisfaction levels.
- Implementing and supervising production and industrial planning methodologies.
- Contributing to the establishment of site policies and objectives as a member of the Management Committee.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in logistics and procurement, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in an industrial setting and at least 5 years in a supply chain leadership role. Key qualifications include:
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and an analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently with a strong sense of accountability.
- Proficiency in English and familiarity with Office Suite, Excel, and ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a positive outlook.
