Job Summary

We are seeking an IT Operations Specialist to join our growing team. As an IT Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems, and supporting our employees with their IT needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • IT Park Management
    • Track and manage IT equipment, including setup, deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
    • Establish a written procedure and approval workflow for equipment management.
  • Network Management
    • Configure and monitor network infrastructure.
    • Participate in IT projects, such as SD-WAN deployment, firewall upgrades, or network infrastructure renewal.
    • Ensure network security and implement measures to prevent security threats.
  • Software Management
    • Manage software licenses and ensure compliance with company policies.
    • Provide user support and training on software tools and best practices.
    • Organize sessions on best practices for key software tools.
  • Security and Team Awareness
    • Plan and conduct cybersecurity awareness campaigns to educate employees on security best practices.
    • Implement phishing campaigns to test employee awareness and security measures.
    • Monitor network security and implement measures to prevent security threats.
  • Employee Onboarding and Offboarding
    • Prepare workstations and equipment for new employees, grant access, and coordinate internal communication.
    • Automate processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
    • Recover equipment, obtain signed disclaimers, and coordinate internal communication for offboarding.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Base
    • Maintain up-to-date IT documentation, including user guides and manuals.
    • Develop and maintain a knowledge base related to IT support.
Requirements
  • Knowledge and Skills
    • Familiarity with managing IT equipment and assets.
    • Basic knowledge of IT issues related to hardware, software, networking, and cybersecurity.
    • Understanding of network infrastructure and cybersecurity principles.
    • Experience with Windows and macOS environments, and basic Linux knowledge is beneficial.
  • Soft Skills
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
    • Analytical thinking with a proactive approach to identifying and solving technical issues.
