Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement industrial planning processes to ensure efficient supply chain operations.
- Manage escalation processes and routines to maintain site and region-level planning accuracy.
- Contribute to the balance between resilience and accuracy in the end-to-end supply chain view.
- Provide support to sites experiencing production planning issues, such as ramp-up, new product mix, or low manufacturing throughput.
- Offer feedback on processes and tools to drive continuous improvement.
- Enhance the community of planners to increase organizational maturity.
- Master's degree from a university or engineering school.
- Experience in project planning and manufacturing planning.
- Past experience on site.
