Job Title: ERP Finance & P2P Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ERP Finance & P2P Project Manager to join our team at GEODIS INTERSERVICES. As a key member of our ERP Finance & P2P Indirect program, you will be responsible for managing the P2P part of the project based on Coupa solution.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Project Organization and Team Coordination: Propose and put in place an efficient IT organization to manage the P2P project. Coordinate the P2P project team members (including employees, integrator, and partners);
  • Project Framework: Lead or oversee all facets of this large international project; Deliver the P2P project following established PMO ERP / P2P program standards/guidelines;
  • Communicate Efficiently: Track and effectively communicate the project status both up and down the communication chain;
  • Manage Risks & Escalation: Establish and maintain an effective Issue and Risk Management plan;
  • Budget: Consolidate and track P2P project IT costs.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing Procurement projects;
  • Procurement business process integration experience;
  • Must have experience working on a worldwide basis for large IT services/IT outsourcing companies, with strong client-facing experience;
  • Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring & Controlling, and Closing a software implementation project experience;
  • Management of integrator contract (solution challenge, delivery validation, budget and scope monitoring).
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Graduated from an Engineering school or equivalent in Computer Science;
  • 5+ years of project management experience;
  • Ability to implement practical business solutions under strict deadlines;
  • Ability and desire to work with people as part of a high-performance team;
  • Ability to meet internal client's needs with a strong commitment to service;
  • Understanding of Matrix organizational structures;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Strong presentation experience;
  • Excellent influencing and communication skills;
  • Strong ability to listen, respond and build trust;
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills;
  • Strong ability to manage detailed tasks to completion;
  • Solid experience in project planning tools;
  • Excellent verbal and written English;
  • Knowledge of COUPA would be an appreciated bonus.
