Job Summary
We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you'll be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Facility Management Team with tactical planning and day-to-day workload
- Provide facility-specific assistance to the project management team as needed
- Manage and maintain small facility management tasks as assigned
- Coordinate and support special events in support of clients or JLL
- Provide support for meetings and conference room reservations as needed
- Assist with the coordination and scheduling of maintenance activities
Requirements
- Associates degree in facilities management, building, business, or related field
- 2+ years' experience with facility or property administration
- Superior customer service skills and orientation
- Ability to maintain professionalism under stressful situations
- Proficient in MS Office, Google suites, and possess strong written, verbal, and people skills
