As a Sales Operations Manager, you will report directly to the Sales Director and your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supervising a team of 13 Sales Representatives across various locations in France,
- Crafting and executing the sales strategy,
- Establishing team performance metrics and tracking them to guarantee outstanding outcomes,
- On a day-to-day basis: Managing your own client portfolio by identifying new business opportunities and ensuring client satisfaction,
- Collaborating closely with multiple internal teams (Logistics, Export/Import, Finance, etc.).
Candidate Profile
With a strong background in sales, you have held positions as a Commercial Manager or Sales Manager within the maritime logistics sector and possess prior leadership experience.
You are knowledgeable about BCO/NVO operations.You demonstrate exceptional sales and interpersonal abilities.
You are driven and focused on achieving results.
Proficiency in English is essential.
