**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our International Business Development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the local market growth of key business units, with a focus on the AliExpress business in France.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement strategic media and stakeholder relations programs to achieve significant increase in positive exposure of the AliExpress brand.
  • Collaborate with functional teams from overseas and sales teams in the EU to achieve communication goals.
  • Manage local media inquiries and implement local communications plans and projects.
  • Oversee the performance of local PR agencies.
  • Foster strong relationships with local media and stakeholders in the e-commerce industry.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the local market and its trends.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

**Requirements**

  • Familiarity with working across cultures and time zones.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and experience working with local media and stakeholders.
  • Experience in retail and e-commerce PR in the local market.
  • Excellent communication and team player skills.
  • Bilingual ability in English and French (Chinese ability is highly preferred).
  • Work experience with world-class international or Chinese brands is an advantage.
