Job Summary

As a Guest Experience Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring a memorable and enjoyable stay for all our hotel guests. You will be responsible for managing guest requests, coordinating VIP experiences, and addressing any issues that may arise during their visit.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations.
  • Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests promptly and efficiently.
  • Coordinate VIP guest stays, collaborating with various departments to ensure a seamless and personalized experience.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for guests during their stay, resolving any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Oversee VIP services within guest rooms, ensuring a high level of comfort and satisfaction.
  • Assist other hotel departments as needed, contributing to the overall smooth operation of the establishment.
  • Monitor online guest feedback and analyze satisfaction metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Address post-stay issues and manage compensation requests fairly and effectively.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on guest experiences and service performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
