Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pontier-Rondier / Conducteur de ligne incinération to join our team at our SOTRENOR site in Courrières, France.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain the incineration line, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and inspecting equipment, and making repairs as needed.
- Collect and analyze data on incineration processes and waste management systems.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the incineration line and overall site.
- Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and best practices in waste management.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on technical studies (industries, engineering, etc.).
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of incineration processes and waste management systems.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights, with a strong commitment to safety and environmental responsibility.
