Step into a pivotal role at Bored Panda, where we are on the lookout for a Video Production Director who possesses a strategic vision, a flair for storytelling, and the capability to produce high-quality, captivating video content.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee pre-production activities:
    Conduct competitor analysis, engage in script development, and collaborate with various departments (art, cinematography, editing, etc.) to finalize visual storytelling elements;
  2. Manage production processes:
    Collaborate with actors and crew on set to bring your creative vision to life;
  3. Direct post-production efforts:
    Work alongside video editors to ensure the final product aligns with your creative intent, taking pride in the outcome and contributing to the channel's growth;

Qualifications:

  1. Comprehensive understanding of production and post-production workflows, formats, and techniques;
  2. Proven experience in directing video content, particularly for digital platforms;
  3. Background in on-set collaboration with teams and performers;
  4. A dedicated team player with a strong commitment to excellence;
  5. Current knowledge of social media trends on platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.
