Participate in Asset Monitoring by performing all maintenance tasks to ensure the cleanliness of common areas in the building or group of buildings in your sector.

Maintain common areas in a clean and hygienic state according to the company's specific standards.

Adjust cleaning frequency based on usage and soiling levels.

Organize and transport waste within the allotted time.

Clean the areas surrounding the building.

Participate in Security Vigilance on your sector's assets, particularly in cases of security issues affecting people, by:

Ensuring the technical quality of assets through regular visits to common areas, elevators, etc.

Taking emergency conservation measures (prohibiting access to the hazardous area).

Maintaining accurate security records for residences.

Placing work orders with companies (ordering, tracking, receiving, and certifying services provided).

Restoring, if necessary, the state of the residence.

Ensure Relations with Tenants

Be the primary point of contact for all individuals visiting the site.

Participate in implementing actions to improve the quality of service provided to tenants.

Conduct visits to generated flats (prospects, consultation visits, entry/exit inventory checks).

Follow up on unpaid accounts by meeting with tenants.

Contribute to maintaining collective living rules by sensitizing tenants.

Update written communication with tenants (noticeboards, document distribution, updating tenant names on mailboxes and intercoms, etc.).

Profile

The Ideal Candidate to Join Our Team:

You hold a CAP in Building Maintenance or a CQP in Building Maintenance.

You have at least one year of experience in building maintenance (cleaning, but also in property management).

You master cleaning techniques, routine maintenance, control, and security maintenance.

You are capable of conducting inventory checks, visits, etc.

You are comfortable with standard office software and administrative tasks, with knowledge of the IKOS tool being an additional asset.

You are able to work independently on your post and demonstrate organization and proactivity?

You have a particular interest in being attentive and serving clients, and you know how to be pedagogical?
