Position Overview
We are seeking a Sales Engineering Specialist (m/w) to join our team on a permanent basis. This role will focus on the South-West region of France.
Key Responsibilities
As part of the sales team and reporting to the Systems Sales Director, your responsibilities will include:
- Achieving sales objectives within the designated region and preparing relevant reports.
- Providing technical product support to agents and healthcare professionals.
- Conducting equipment demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions.
- Assisting the Sales Director with administrative and commercial tasks related to ongoing projects.
- Delivering training on equipment handling and usage.
- Gathering and sharing insights on products, competitors, and market trends.
- Offering after-sales support, including troubleshooting and repairs.
- Engaging with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Managing and expanding your customer portfolio.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- At least 3 years of experience in biomedical engineering or a related field.
- A degree in Health Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a similar discipline.
- Strong technical knowledge of our products.
- Proficiency in standard office software.
- A solid understanding of the medical industry.
- Fluency in French and a good command of technical English.
