Mission

As a key figure at Les Jardins d'Arcadie, the Directeur·trice d'Etablissement is a true leader who oversees the daily operations of our residences.

Responsibilities
  1. Commercial Ambassador: Promote Les Jardins d'Arcadie on your territory, developing a network and maintaining relationships.
  2. Financial Manager: Ensure the financial balance of your residence, managing budgets and working towards profitability.
  3. Operational Manager: Oversee the daily activities of your team, creating a cohesive work environment and ensuring the well-being of our residents.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly experienced professional with a strong background in management, preferably in the social, medical-social, or hospitality sectors. You should have at least 5 years of experience in managing a profit center and be familiar with the elderly care industry.
